- Coordinate and manage any pre-sale preparations on your home, on your behalf
- Educate and guide you through the competitive landscape by (a) providing and interpreting information on recent neighborhood sales, and (b) analyzing market timing and sale trends relevant to your home sale
- Advise you on the list price and pricing strategy that will attract the best offer for your home
- Assist you in completing the many disclosure documents and forms that are part of your listing package, and are designed to protect your interests and secure the transaction
- Define and implement a high level, multi-pronged and individualized marketing plan to give your home highly effective and optimal market exposure
- Scrutinize the purchase offer(s) received – along with the peripheral documents such as loan pre-approval letters and proposed buyer addenda – prepare a detailed analysis and advise you on the strengths and weaknesses of the offer(s), and recommend a good response
- Skillfully negotiate to protect your interests while achieving your “big picture” goals
- Manage the escrow process to ensure that all contractual items are handled in a timely manner, that your interests are protected throughout the escrow process, and that escrow closes as promptly and smoothly as possible; I create a timetable and track all escrow activities on behalf of all parties (including buyers) so that the process is professionally managed for your benefit.

- Communicate regularly during the marketing and escrow periods, and remain available to answer your questions quickly and thoroughly while we get your home sold
